In our hands-on workshops, Precision Prep owner, Lauren Evangelho and Sous Chef Juliana, will teach you all their tips and tricks to make meal prepping fun, easy and delicious! You will leave with better knife skills, fresh ideas, yummy recipes, and plenty of food for the busy week ahead. NO cooking experience or skills necessary, this class is for all levels.

Get ready for another hands-on, educational, and delicious experience with Chef Lauren! In this summer-inspired workshop, you'll learn a variety of practical meal prep methods tailored to different lifestyles, along with expert tips and strategies to make prepping easier and more enjoyable.

Chef Lauren will also provide exclusive kitchen and cooking cheat sheets to help you prep like a pro at home.

We’ll be making light, refreshing meals perfect for hot summer days, including:
🍓 Super Smoothie Packs
🍝 Zoodle Chicken Alfredo
🥗 Chicken Club Pasta Salad

You’ll go home with multiple portions of each dish, plus a folder filled with helpful handouts, guides, recipes, and cheat sheets.

All food, materials, and supplies are provided—just bring a cooler bag or ice chest to transport your meals home safely!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If you are unable to attend, you may cancel your registration up to three days prior to the event to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within three days of the event will be eligible for a full refund only if we can fill your spot. If we are unable to do so, you will only be eligible to receive a 50% refund.
