This meal package is perfect for women trying to lose/maintain weight. Each meal contains lean protein, lots of veggies, and an appropriate amount of healthy complex carbs (or no carbs if you choose!). 

You create your own combinations of protein, veggie and carbs for each meal, or you also have the option to substitute package meals with Signature Menu dishes if you wish, at no additional cost!
