C.O.S. Meal Prep for Busy People Workshop

Instructor Lauren Evangelho of Precision Prep will lead this fun hands on meal prep workshop. Participants will make and take home 20 nutritious single serve meals. Come and learn some simple and effective meal prep methods and have a fun time preparing healthy meals for your busy week! Ingredients and groceries are included!

Topics covered:

  • Sanitation and safety

  • Various meal prep methods and finding what works for you

  • Resources for healthy and efficient grocery shopping, multiplying recipes, recipe conversions, portion control, time management and planning for meal prepping, and healthy ingredient substitutes.

  • Proper knife handling, and tutorials on how to efficiently chop various vegetables

  • Hands-on meal prepping in teams


Breakfast: 6 healthy breakfast sandwiches (egg white, cheddar, lean ham, spinach, whole wheat muffin)


  • 2 servings wild-caught salmon, green beans, and multi-grain medley (FreshPrep Meal)

  • 2 Fiesta Chicken (seasoned brown rice, mini sweet peppers, Southwestern blend veggies, seasoned chicken, limes) (FreshPrep Meals)

  • 2 broccoli beef (marinated beef strips with broccoli) (FreshPrep meal)

Dinner : 1 family sized meal (~8 servings) Zesty Paprika Chicken with Citrus Roasted Potatoes and Brussel Sprouts.
